Business Service Network eService  
The Business Service Network at your fingertips.
As part of our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of customer service, the Business Service Network (BSN) has developed Business Service Network eService, a state-of- the-art program that allows customers to create and monitor service requests online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Want to Participate in BSN eService?
As a reminder, you must be a National or Premier customer currently assisted by the Business Service Network to participate in this program.
 
  New Users
Register for BSN eService.
Go To New Users Registration

  Existing Users
Access BSN eService.
Go to Existing Users login


Please follow the steps below to participate in BSN eService.

Step 1: Click on the Go icon under New Users to register for BSN eService

Step 2: Create a User ID and Password

Step 3: Complete the online application. Your application will be sent to a U.S. Postal Service representative for approval.

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been approved

You may start using BSN eService immediately!
