Global Forever® Stamps
Use Global Forever stamps to send letters or postcards weighing up to 1 oz anywhere in the world. Forever stamps are sold at the current 1 oz rate, but they don't expire even if the stamp price goes up. Global Forever stamps are available online at The Postal Store® and Post Offices™.
Stamp Prices
- Stamps for standard-sized letters and standard-sized postcards up to 1 oz start at $1.15 for all countries.
- NOTE: Postage for envelopes heavier than 1 oz, oversized, or unusually shaped is based on the destination country’s price group.

Pricing
The price for First-Class Mail International varies based on weight and destination. If a mailpiece exceeds the maximum length, height, or thickness of one rate, it will be charged at the next higher rate. Large envelopes that exceed maximum dimensions will be charged package rates. Restrictions
All postcards, envelopes, and flats must be rectangular. Letters and flats may contain only documents, no goods. Additional size restrictions apply depending on the type of mailpiece you’re sending.
Weight and Size Restrictions
Can send mailpieces up to 4 lbs. Restrictions may apply.
