Returning Mail Transport Equipment

Mail transport equipment includes the sacks, pouches, trays, wheeled containers, pallets, and other items used by the Postal Service™ and its customers.

We replace lost equipment every year so that both our carriers and our customers have what they need. Considering the approximate cost of sleeves, flat tubs, and pallets —it all adds up quickly. Pitch in and return any unused or extra items.

Businesses can return small quantities of equipment to local Post Offices™ or nearby processing and distribution facilities. For large quantities and bigger equipment like pallets or hampers, fill out a pickup request.
