First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®) is our most affordable international service for small packages. Send anything up to 4 lbs (cannot exceed $400 in value) to more than 180 countries. Delivery time varies by destination.

Optional Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation™ International service available at no charge when shipped online to select destinations.1

Secure the contents.

Registered Mail™ for security and loss up to $45.59. Some countries don't allow Registered Mail service.

Get proof of delivery.

Return Receipt with the recipient's signature sent by postcard. Must be combined Registered Mail service. Some countries don't allow return receipts.

Get proof of mailing.

Certificate of Mailing as a way of proving the date you sent it. Only available for unregistered First-Class Package International Service items.
