Get Help with MERLIN  
Resources and tools to help you use the MERLIN™ program.
Learn how MERLIN verifies your mail and contact your local BME manager to get assistance with local MERLIN issues. Also find a Mailpiece Design Analyst (MDA) to help design your mailpiece and a Business Mail Entry Unit to drop off your bulk mail, and get MERLIN training.

If you have outstanding issues to resolve, have them recorded through your local Business Services Network (BSN) through two options:

  1. Call your local BSN
  2. Find a Business Services Network (BSN)
Find a Mailpiece Design Analyst (MDA)

Locate a Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU)
