Restricted, Hazardous, and Perishable Materials
Materials or items that are considered restricted are often not mailable. This may include hazardous and perishable items. For example, many common household items cannot be mailed through the US Postal Service®. Certain materials or items are mailable, but with restrictions. Additional restrictions apply to items being mailed internationally.
