PostalOne! Postage Payment Account
Online Postage Payment and Data Access for Business Mailers.
Centralized Account Processing System (CAPS) accounts provide business mailers with expanded electronic payment options, including the ability to link accounts and access payment information.

In addition, the PostalOne! system offers alternatives for electronic documentation, online postage statements, simplified mail acceptance and verification, and access to data customers can use to manage their business more efficiently.

To access reports and payment options in the PostalOne! system, users will be required to obtain a new user ID and password. To gain access to the PostalOne! system, please choose the option 'Pay Electronically' shown below. For your protection, you will be given a user ID and password. Once you apply, a welcome kit will be e-mailed to you with the forms and information you need to complete the process.
