Beware of bogus emails being sent to postal customers. These emails contain false information about package delivery or online postage charges. The emails contain a link or attachment that, when opened, installs a malicious virus that can steal personal information from your PC or phone.

USPS Crime Alert on Bogus Emails

You can change your address online. Usually, you will receive mail at your new address 7 to 10 Postal business days after you request your Change of Address (COA). We recommend filling out a COA request 2 weeks to 3 months before you move.

Change Your Address

Need to change your address for a short time? Whether you’re making a long-term move or just using your new address for a few months, your mail can follow you.

We recommend filling out your forwarding request at least 2 weeks in advance. You should receive mail at the forwarding address 7 to 10 Postal business days after you submit your request.

Forward Mail

If you do not want to forward your mail, or you will be gone for less than 15 days, USPS will hold your mail so it doesn't pile up at your mailbox.

Hold Mail

If you weren't home when we tried to deliver your package, you can use the tracking barcode number on the paper slip your carrier left to schedule a redelivery.
