PO Boxes Online Refunds

To apply for a refund, if you already have keys to a PO Box™, go to the Post Office™ where the PO Box is located.  Your refund request will be reviewed by that office and the amount of your refund will be pro-rated depending on the time remaining in the Post Office Box service period.

If you applied for a PO Box online, do not yet have the keys, and have not yet started using the PO Box, then you may request a refund online within 60 days after the original payment date.
