Misc. Info.:   Escape risk. Scavelli escaped police custody in San Francisco in March 1992 to avoid prosecution. He was known to frequent Grateful Dead and Phish concerts. At the time of his escape in 1992, Scavelli had shoulder-length blond hair and a full beard. Possible sightings have been reported in Northern California, Washington State, and Florida.
