Express Mail is the fastest mail service offered by the U.S. Postal Service, providing guaranteed expedited service for any mailable matter. Delivery is offered 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays. Certain limitations apply. Express Mail packaging supplies are available for free from your local Post Office™.
With an Express Mail Corporate Account (EMCA) customers can charge expenses for Express Mail shipments—domestic and international—to one central account. Customers may deposit Express Mail shipments paid through a Corporate Account at any Express Mail collection box, at the Post Office, or with a postal letter carrier.

Payment Options
Credit Card – Your credit card information will be kept securely on file and charged when you use your account for a mailing.
Note: This option is not available for use with Express Mail Manifesting (EMM).
Automated Clearing House (ACH) – Your bank account information will be kept securely on file. Your designated bank account will be debited when you use your account for a mailing.

Monthly Report
An Express Mail Corporate Account provides easy mailings, easy payments, and easy record keeping. With an EMCA, you’ll receive an EMCA Activity Report each month that provides an itemized list of each shipment. This list provides the tracking number, date of mailing, the origin and destination ZIP Codes™, and dollar amount charged to the account.
