| Once you have a permit, get your precancelled stamps. | |

You must have a permit in order to use precancelled stamps. To get your permit, follow the steps below. • Download PS Form 3615, Mailing Permit Application & Customer Profile (PDF)or get a copy from your local Post Office™or business mail entry unit. • Complete PS Form 3615. Check the box that says “Precancelled Stamp Authorization.” • Turn in your completed form at your local business mail entry or Post Office. There is no permit application fee. • The Post Office will process your application and give you a precancelled stamp permit number and a receipt.
