Repositionable Notes Placement Templates

On letter size mailpieces, be positioned parallel with the length of the piece, affixed by standard labeling equipment, placed no closer than 3/8 inch from the left edge of the delivery address, and be at least 1/2 inch (plus or minus 1/8 inch) from the bottom and left edges of the mailpiece.
 
Placement Template For All Letter Size Mail: 3 inch x 3 inch RPN is affixed by standard labeling equipment, placed no closer than 3/8 inch from the left edge of the delivery address, and be at least 1/2 inch (plus or minus 1/8 inch) from the bottom and left edges of the mailpiece.

On flat-size mailpieces, be positioned as follows:

Placement Template For All Flat-Size Mail on the Address Side: RPN is affixed by standard labeling equipment, 3 inch x 3 inch RPNs may be placed in area 4 1/2 inch above the bound edge in either of the orientations shown: glue stip on the bottom or glue strip on the right. Direction of travel through the machine is left to right.
Placement Template For All Flat-Size Mail on the Non-Address Side: RPN is affixed by standard labeling equipment, 3 inch x 3 inch RPNs may be placed in area 4 1/2 inch above the bound edge in either of the orientations shown: glue stip on the bottom. Orientation of RPN with glue strip on the right may be placed anywhere on the non-address side. Direction of travel through the machine is left to right.
