The REDRESS program is recognized as one of the country’s leading conflict management programs. It has received the following awards:

1999 United States Office of Personnel Management recognized the REDRESS program for excellence in program evaluation.

2000 United States Office of Personnel Management recognized the REDRESS program for being an overall "Outstanding ADR Program."

2000 Awarded the "Institutional Award of Excellence" from the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.

2001 Awarded the "Significant Practical Achievement" award from the Center for Public Resources.
