Fees vary by location and five PO Box sizes are available to meet your mail needs:
 
Small size 1      3" x 5.5"
Small size 2      5" x 5.5"
Medium size 3    11" x 5.5"
Large size 4    11" x 11"
Large size 5 22.5" x 12"

PO Box Payment Options

PO Boxes Online -- provides the option to pay for a new box or renew an existing box with a credit card. Also - sign up for automatic renewal.
Automated Postal Centers (APCs) -- renew any existing PO Box at any APC (self-service kiosk) with a debit or credit card. Find an APC near you.
Send renewal fees by mail (check or money order) to the Postmaster where your PO Box is located.
Pay in person at the Post Office where your PO Box is located.

Additional Fees and Services

Deposit per key issued: $1.00 (refundable).
Key duplication or replacement (after first 2 keys), each: $6.00.
Post office box lock replacement, each: $15.00.

Business Mail Pickup (Caller Service)

As an alternative to PO Boxes, businesses that receive large volumes of mail should consider using Business Mail Pickup (Caller Service). Fees range from $410-$660 for a six-month period. Visit your local Post Office to find out more about this service.
