We strive for continuous improvement by monitoring, on a quarterly basis, all effort-based indicators and year-end results. Periodically we will reposition supply strategies to adopt “best practices” identified in the work process.
All suppliers are classified to identify prime and subcontracting (2nd Tier) spending within each socio-economic category. We will continue to collect and report results through the tracking of:
- Total number of transactions (contract awards and modifications)
- Total dollar amount of transactions
- Number of transactions with small, minority-owned and women-owned businesses (SMWOBs)
- Prime SMWOBs spend
- Subcontracting (2nd Tier) spend with SMWOBs
- Percentages of transactions and dollars with SMWOBs
- Total credit card expenditures
- Number of credit card expenditures with SMWOBs
