The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a
reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and
conviction of three suspects who robbed the U.S. Post Office at 7003
Glenn Dale Road in Glenn Dale, Maryland.
On January 5, 2007, at 6:00 p.m., three men, one
armed with a silver handgun and another with second handgun, entered
the Post Office, assaulted the on-duty clerk, and robbed the clerk
of cash and U.S. Mail. The subjects were last seen traveling south
on Duvall Street in a stolen dark green Dodge Caravan.
The suspects are described as three black males, 18
to 50 years old, 5’8” to 6’ tall, and of medium build. One man was
wearing glasses with black frames.
