Required Qualifications:

The ability to generate a PRS label that meets USPS specifications.
Logistics capability to pick up at every BMC in your desired service area every 48 hours.
USPS Approved Reverse Manifesting System and enough processing centers to manifest packages picked up from the BMC within 48 hours.
Logistics capabilities to pick up at local Post Offices are also needed to use the RDU rate.
