NEW SHIPPING OPPORTUNITY IN PHILIPPINES
U.S. POSTAL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EXPANDS PRIORITY MAIL MARKET


WASHINGTON, DC - The U.S. Postal Service and Skynet International Express announced today a new option for shipping from the Philippines to the United States.

Skynet International Express will prepare shipments, transport them to the United States, clear them through commercial customs and then enter the packages into the Postal Service's domestic mail delivery network as Priority Mail.

A relatively new courier company, Skynet International Express provides low-cost, "discount" services from the Philippines to most destinations, worldwide. Customers enjoy a range of benefits, including payment on delivery and track and trace.

"Clearly, the people at Skynet recognize the value of the Priority Mail brand and the quality of service it brings to their customers," noted, James P. Wade, vice-president, International Business for the U.S. Postal Service. "There's great potential for new business in the Philippines and I expect this relationship with Skynet to be a mutually beneficial one."

Henry L.Tsai, President and CEO of Skynet International Express responded, "This is a great opportunity for Skynet International Express to work with the Postal Service in providing Priority Mail from the Philippines to 137 million addresses in the United States. I'm honored to be associated with the U.S. Postal Service and it 800,000 employees."

The Postal Service is the universal gateway to 137 million addresses in the United States and delivers letters and packages six days a week.

The Postal Service's Global Business Development group has negotiated similar agreements with commercial enterprises in South Korea, Mexico, Europe, Central America, South America, India and Asia and is seeking to build a global network for premium delivery service from around the world into the United States.
