PCC Industry Speaker's Bureau

This spreadsheet provides contact information for individuals with expertise in the mailing industry who are willing to speak at PCC functions. PCCs should contact speakers directly. Each speaker has met the following criteria:
Mailing professional or executive with five years of mailing industry experience.
Expertise in a particular aspect of the mailing industry.
Featured speaker at National Postal Forums, DMA events or other large industry meetings/events.
Full understanding of the mission and operation of PCCs.
Willingness to travel to local PCC events.

Please note the following:
Industry speakers at PCC events may not represent a direct Postal Service competitor or a competitor's subsidiary.
Presentations must be designed to educate the audience, not promote or sell products or services.
A copy of presentation should be provided to the PCC for preview.
Speaker's fees are the PCC's responsibility.
USPS doesn't endorse any of the listed speakers or companies. Download the list of PCC Industry Speakers (xls) (189kb) (csv) (16kb).

Follow these steps to request a Postal Service officer to speak:

In order to allow our Postal Headquarters (HQ) officers to speak to as many different PCCs as possible, effective immediately, their participation is limited to one event per PCC per year. This includes the Postmaster General.

  • PCCs should download and complete the request form for USPS Officer's (RTF | DOC) and email the completed form to the National PCC Team at pcc@usps.gov
Upon receipt of the form, the National PCC Team will pursue the Officer being requested and inform the PCC when a final decision has been made.

Other Important Information

PCCs should allow as much time as possible for their speaker requests. HQ Officers frequently commit to speaking engagements months in advance. Requests should be sent at least 8-10 weeks before the PCC event (earlier if possible). Please do not forget to include the name of an alternative Officer on the form. If your request is limited to only one Officer, please type “None” in the box for alternative officer. USPS Officers' time is very limited around the National Postal Forum (NPF) and National PCC Day; therefore, please do not request them as speakers for events being held 30 before or after NPF and National PCC Day. Please do not contact officers directly. Again, all requests should be emailed to pcc@usps.gov.
