PCC Workshops-in-a-Box  
The workshops-in-a-box were developed to provide Postal Service™ business customers with information about postal products, services, and tools to help them grow their business as well as improve mail quality. The workshops are suitable for all PCC educational events and can be used to create a customized professional certificate program. If you are interested in learning more about these workshops, please contact your nearest PCC.

Participant and presenter questionnaires can be found in the Facilitators Guide. To ensure continuous improvement in the workshops, please email pcc@usps.gov or fax (202.268.4979) the consolidated participant questionnaire results form and presenter questionnaire to Customer & Industry Marketing upon completion of each workshop. You can also submit these electronically by selecting either of the surveys listed below.
