Professional Certificate Program

The Professional Certificate Program encourages customers to attend PCC events. Through participation in the program customers can walk away from an event with a Professional Certificate that recognizes their participation and knowledge.
Generally, these are the guidelines:
  |
The workshops should be 60 minutes in length |
  |
Certificates should be awarded to those who attend at least 4 (60 minute segments) |
  |
It is fine to include a general session, such as an opening session or a luncheon session as one of the requirements |
  |
The Certificates should be mail related |
  |
The PCC must keep track of attendance |
  |
Verify course content with HQ Program Manager |
