I understand a second Federal Register notice for the pricing proposal will be published in January 2007 and will provide an analysis, summarize additional changes based on the comments received, and offer a revised set of standards. If a company did not make comments on the first notice, can they still submit comments on the second one? |
Yes. Before you do, I suggest you review the summary of comments received from the first notice along with any changes to mail preparation before submitting your written comments to make sure your concern has not already been addressed. Keep in mind, this next comment period will be shorter than the first one. |
