Web-Based Reports Available to Customers

CONFIRM subscribers can now view their mail service performance information online at the CONFIRM Web site, www.planetcodes.com. These shared reports display service performance information about CONFIRM mail, mail entry dates and locations, and viewer-friendly summaries of PLANET barcode processing data. Using shared reports, CONFIRM customers and USPS personnel can work together "off the same page" to identify, monitor, and resolve service performance issues.

Starting on April 16, these three shared CONFIRM Customer Reports will be available at www.planetcodes.com:

Early Scan Performance Report

Shipment Delivery Performance Report

Mailpiece Summary Report

All three reports can be downloaded into an MS Excel spreadsheet, if needed. To gain access to Web-based reports about their mailings, CONFIRM subscribers can use their existing Web site username and password.
