Respondent’s Answer to the Petition was due on or about July 16, 2008. When no Answer was received, an Order dated July 22, 2008 stated that, if Respondent intends to contest this case, an Answer or other appropriate pleading must be received in this office not later than August 1, 2008. Otherwise, the Order further stated, the Petition may be granted without further notice.
Respondent received the July 22 Order but filed nothing. Accordingly, the Petition is granted. Respondent may not collect $1,069.59 from Petitioner’s salary. If any money has been withheld from Petitioner to collect this alleged debt, that money shall be paid to him.
