On June 10, 2008, Respondent requested an extension of time, to June 19, 2008, for filing an Answer to the Petition. By Order dated June 13, 2008, Respondent was granted an extension to June 23, 2008. Respondent received that Order on June 17, 2008, but filed nothing further.
On July 9, 2008, another Order was issued, stating that an Answer or other appropriate pleading must be received in this office by July 21, 2008, or the Petition may be granted without further notice. Respondent received that Order on July 14, 2008, but has filed nothing further.
Accordingly, the Petition is granted. Respondent may not withhold money from Petitioner’s salary to collect the alleged debt. If any money has been withheld to collect this alleged debt, that money must be repaid to Petitioner.
