By Order dated May 20, 2008, Respondent was directed to file an Answer to the Petition by June 9, 2008. When nothing was received, an Order dated June 16, 2008 stated that if Respondent intended to contest this case, an Answer or other appropriate pleading must be received in this office by June 26, 2008. Otherwise, the Order further stated that the Petition may be granted without further notice.

Respondent received the June 16 Order but filed nothing. Accordingly, the Petition is granted. Respondent may not collect $459.74 from Petitioner.
