ORDER

 

            On June 18, 2008 an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision denying the Petition, but extending the administrative offset schedule.  Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become final as provided in 39 C.F.R. §966.11.
