ORDER

 

            On June 3, 2008, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision granting the Petitions in part and denying the Petitions in part.  Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become final as provided in 39 C.F.R. §966.11.
