ORDER

On February 28, 2006, an Initial Decision was issued in which it was concluded that all mail addressed to Daniels Transport Logistics or Daniels Transporting Logistics, 5736 Market Street, Trlr #42, Wilmington, NC 28405-3524, should be delivered as directed by Nancy Daniels.

Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.
