Respondent’s Answer to the Petition was due on or about January 19, 2006. An Order dated January 26, 2006 stated that an Answer or other appropriate pleading must be received in this office by February 3, 2006, if Respondent intended to contest this case. No Answer was filed.
By Order dated February 9, 2006, Respondent was directed to show cause, by February 17, 2006, why this Petition should not be granted, based on Respondent’s failure to file an Answer or to respond to the January 26 Order.
Respondent has filed nothing.
Accordingly, the Petition is granted. Respondent may not collect money from Petitioner to collect the alleged $1,933.15 debt. If any money has been withheld from Petitioner on account of this alleged debt, it shall be returned to him.
