ORDER

On January 17, 2006, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision concluding that Petitioner is indebted to the Postal Service in the amount of $4,314.21. Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become final as provided in 39 C.F.R. §966.11.
