POSTAL SERVICE DECISION

On August 4, 2005, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision granting the Petition and dismissing a Complaint issued against Petitioner, Gateway Mortgage Group, for violation of Prohibitory Order No. 001128791-JHR dated November 5, 2004. Respondent, the United States Postal Service, has filed “Exceptions to Initial Decision and Request for Dismissal of Petition” in which it advises that prior to the issuance of the Initial Decision Petitioner had taken appropriate corrective actions and agreed to withdraw its Petition because it no longer wished to pursue this matter before the Judicial Officer. As a result, both parties have agreed this matter is now moot and may be dismissed. Accordingly, the Initial Decision is vacated and this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
