O R D E R

On May 26, 2005, an Initial Decision was issued in which it was concluded that all mail, currently being held or hereafter received, containing the name Shyda’s Gun Shop at 1635 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042-7528 or P.O. Box 749, Lebanon, PA 17042-0749 should be delivered as directed by Doris E. Shyda and/or Brian Shyda and that all mail addressed solely to Sigmund Shyda, Jr. at either address should be delivered as directed by Sigmund Shyda, Jr.

Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.
