O R D E R

On October 6, 2005, an Initial Decision was issued in which it was concluded that all mail addressed to Granada Hills Primary Care, Inc., and/or including the surnames Khan and/or Brett, at 17075 Devonshire Street, Suite 303, Northridge, CA 91325-5412 should be delivered as directed by Joey A. Brett.
Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.
