A Notice of Docketing of Petition for this case was issued on August 17, 2005. The Notice stated that an Answer was to be filed by the Postal Service on or about September 1, 2005. This Notice was received by Respondent’s representative on August 22, 2005.
On September 9, 2005, no Answer having been filed, an Order was issued, stating that if Respondent intended to contest this case an Answer or other appropriate pleading must be received in this office by September 19, 2005. Respondent’s representative received that Order on September 12, 2005.
Respondent filed nothing. By Order dated September 26, 2005, Respondent was directed to show cause by October 3, 2005 why this Petition should not be granted based on Respondent’s failure to file a timely Answer. Respondent’s representative received that Order on September 29, 2005.
Respondent filed nothing. This Petition is granted. Respondent may not collect money from Petitioner’s salary on account of the debt alleged in this case.
