ORDER

On December 3, 2003, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision concluding that Petitioner is indebted to the Postal Service in the amount of $6,129.88 subject to further credit for any payments she made toward this debt to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Panama City Division, since August 1, 2003.  Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become final as provided in 39 C.F.R. §966.11.
