ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE AND DISMISSAL

On December 7, 2004, Staff Counsel Diane M. Mego initiated a telephone conference with W. Travis Parham, Esq. for Disputant Michelle Souers and Brenda M. Hankins, Esq. for Disputant Michael W. Beavers to clarify the parties’ joint motion for settlement. The parties confirmed that they had agreed to close P.O. Box 2547, Leesburg, VA 20177-7753 and have all mail currently being held or hereafter received addressed to the box, except for mail addressed solely to Michael W. Beavers, forwarded to Carr Morris & Graeff, PC, ATTN: Brenda Hankins, 1120 G Street, NW, Suite 930, Washington, DC 20005-3801. The parties agreed that any mail addressed solely to Mr. Beavers at P.O. Box 2547 is to continue to be delivered as directed by him. An order to the Leesburg, VA Postmaster directing the delivery of the mail in accordance with the parties’ agreement is being issued with this Order.

Inasmuch as the parties have now agreed to the distribution of all mail currently being held or hereafter received addressed to P.O. Box 2547, Leesburg, VA 20177-7753, the matter may be dismissed. Accordingly, the matter is dismissed.
