ORDER

            On May 18, 2004, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision in which he concluded that Petitioner had violated Prohibitory Order No. 001108197-AGM.  Since no appeal has been filed within the time allowed, the Initial Decision is now the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §963.18.

            Upon request of the General Counsel and pursuant to 39 C.F.R. §963.20, the Recorder will provide a certified copy of the record to the General Counsel for use in seeking court enforcement of the Order.
