ORDER

            On August 29, 2003, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision granting Respondent’s Motion for Summary Judgment and upholding the termination of Petitioner’s post office box service at P.O. Box 324, Meridian, CA 95957-0324.   No appeal from the Initial Decision having been filed within the time allowed, that decision is now the Final Agency Decision of the Postal Service as provided in 39 C.F.R. §958.9.
