O R D E R

            On June 20, 2003, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision granting the Petition and upholding Petitioner’s right to continue to obtain service at P.O. Box 962, Couer d’Alene, ID 83816-0962.  No appeal from the Initial Decision having been filed within the time allowed, that decision is now the Final Agency Decision of the Postal Service as provided in 39 C.F.R. §958.9.
