On July 17, 2002, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision granting Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment and upholding the Burbank, CA Postmaster's determination to terminate Petitioner's post office box service.  No appeal from the Initial Decision having been filed within the time allowed, that decision is now the Final Agency Decision of the Postal Service as provided in 39 C.F.R. §958.9.
