O R D E R

On April 19, 2001, an Administrative Law Judge issued an Initial Decision granting Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment and upholding the determinations of the Postmaster at Kings Mills, OH, to terminate post office box service to Petitioner at P.O. Boxes 62 and 350 and to close P.O. Box 121. No appeal from the Initial Decision having been filed within the time allowed, that Decision is now the final agency decision of the Postal Service as provided in 39 C.F.R. §958.9.
