FINAL DECISION UNDER THE DEBT COLLECTION ACT OF 1982

Petitioner has failed to provide information necessary to complete her Petition, and she has not responded to orders directing her to do so. In a February 23, 2001 order, Petitioner was directed to provide the information or show cause why she is unable to do so. She was advised that if she did not do so by March 9, 2001, she will have waived her right to a hearing, and Respondent will be determined to be entitled to offset her pay in accordance with the August 15, 2000 Notice of Involuntary Administrative Salary Offsets. See 39 C.F.R. §961.10 (c). Petitioner has failed to respond to the order to show cause.

Accordingly, Petitioner has waived her right to a hearing, and Respondent may offset her pay in accordance with the August 15, 2000 Notice of Involuntary Administrative Salary Offsets.
