On October 20, 2000, an Initial Decision was issued in which it was concluded that all mail addressed to Daniels and Daly Insurance Agency, Inc., P.O. Box 14688, Savannah, GA 31416-1688, which is currently being held or hereafter received, is to be delivered as directed by Mr. William Daly.

Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.
