P.S. Docket No. MD 00-247

O R D E R

On August 17, 2000, an Initial Decision was issued in which it was concluded that all mail addressed to C.R.U & Associates, Inc., C.R.U. & Associates of Maryland, Inc., or Marc A. Washington, 1045 Taylor Avenue, Suite 207, Baltimore, MD 21286-8316, which is currently being held or hereafter received, should be delivered as directed by Leonard R. Smith, Jr. or Jacques Smith.

Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.
