O R D E R

On January 28, 1999, an Initial Decision was issued in which it was concluded that all mail addressed to Firestone Publishing, Inc., The Shula Building, 14411 Commerce Way, Suite 420, Hialeah, FL 33016-1600, which is currently being held or hereafter received, is to be delivered as directed by Dugent Liquidating Trust.

Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become the final agency decision as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.
