Appeal may be taken from the attached Initial Decision dated April 9, 1993, of the Acting Chief Administrative Law Judge to the Judicial Officer of the Postal Service by filing a Notice of Appeal accompanied by a brief specifying exceptions and any reasons for such exceptions. Such Notice of Appeal and brief must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Initial Decision with the Recorder, United States Postal Service, 475 L'Enfant Plaza, SW, Room 10902, Washington, DC 20260-6100, pursuant to the Rules of Practice, 39 C.F.R. § 962.21.

If no appeal is taken within the prescribed time, the Initial Decision shall become final.
