O R D E R

            On August 24, 1992, Chief Administrative Law Judge Quentin E. Grant issued an Initial Decision in which he determined that mail addressed to Creative Riderwear, Inc., 2240 E. Cedar, Ontario, CA  91761-8033, which is currently being held or hereafter received, is to be delivered in accordance with the direction of Richard Kratz, President, Creative Riderwear, Inc.

            Since no appeal has been filed and the Judicial Officer has determined he will not exercise his discretion to review the Initial Decision on his own motion, the Initial Decision has become final as provided in 39 C.F.R. §965.12.  However, the record reflects that the order attached to the Initial Decision and recommended for issuance in this proceeding should be modified to include mail addressed to CRW, a name commonly used to refer to Creative Riderwear, Inc., and Cool-Tech, a business name used by Creative Riderwear, Inc.  The attached Order includes this modification.
