The second sentence under Conclusion of Law in the Initial Decision dated July 30, 1992, incorrectly refers to Disputant Henshaw. The sentence is corrected to read as follows:

Disputant Baricevich has failed to prove that she has ever actually operated a business with either of those names at any address, and specifically at 10026B Edmonds Way.
